Early Life

Jason Simon grew up on the Aamjiwnaang First Nation Reserve located in Sarnia Ontario, Canada.  Jason’s love of hockey was born at the age four when he watched the legend Bobby Orr play in Boston Gardens.  Inspired by the skills of Orr and the excitement of the game Jason knew hockey was what he wanted to do.

Jason began his O.H.L career playing for the London Knights with a dream of playing in the NHL.  This picture was taken with his uncle Clyde in the back ground who also went on to play pro hockey.
